well as far as i could make out minehead was a goer. We can poll for dates in the new year, but if its the weekend h is 30 then its unlikely we can attend

Yup and Glasgow is even further! But dont think i'd go if it was too far unless i arranged something else to do on my way down or back up, like driving to Chamonix or the Dolomites!
