Hey Guys,
as you can see ive got a link to OBD codes in my sig... how do i replace the file behind the link as ive updated it and would like to share with you lot!?

Rich.. I think some of the codes you've marked in red as Fiat specific codes are still wrong. i.e. not Fiat specific.

Also, I don't think there's much point in puting a list of hundreds of fault codes in the downloads section if the we don't know which manufacturer they belong to.

at the risk of you beating me... i think i got the list from you and incorperated them... the list is taken from www.troublecodes.net and ive compiled it as a general file that may help not only with Fiats but all manufacturers for initial diagnosis there are some 'duplicate codes' for instance

P1132 Lack Of HO2S Switch - Sensor Indicates Rich
P1132 Fuel rail pressure
P1132 Sensor of catalyst temperature
P1133 HO2S Insufficient Switching Sensor 1
P1133 Lambda 1 signal above catal.(deviated)
P1133 Oxygen sensor B1-S1
P1134 HO2S Transition Time Ratio Sensor 1*
P1135 Pedal Position Sensor A Circuit Intermittent
P1135 In position 3 piston
P1135 Oxygen sensor B1-S2
P1135 Preheating resistance 1 above catal.

P1132 would suggest an rich reading from lambda 1 which *could* be created by excessive fuel pressure which would result in unburnt hydrocarbons in the exhaust flow and there fore raising the cat temp. so all of those fault codes would be accurate.

I can only hope that this may aid in diagnosis and if there is a fault present by ignoring the non relevant codes against what the vehicle is fitted with if that makes any sense

thanks custard, can you pm me how to do it please
