Styling Fog Lights

Does anyone happen to know the dimensions of the foglights that were integrated into the mk2's front light cluster? Ive got a reflector on the other most 'light socket' in the headlight cluster and was wanting to replace it with an aftermarket foglight.
Also is the lens of the headlights sealed? i tried taking it off to measure the reflector myself but it seems suck
