Welcome your car does not have fog lights on the front, the light on in your picture is/are the day running lights they come on at start up until you put on the headlights then they go dim, fog lights are mounted where the black plastic tim bits are either side of the radiator grille just above where it says jpg in your pic technically they can be retro fitted but it's not simple

You can retro fit the front fogs light as normally the wiring loom is already in place inside /underneath the front bumper (check first!).
You need the lights and a replacement dash switch panel that incorporates the different control switch for the fog lamps! however it will cost you and the question is is it every really foggy enough often enough for you to need them!.
