when i got my kit on my car i got myself a new front bumper, one with fog light holes and rather then have 2 holes in the bumper i decided to have fog lights in there but not have them connected.

when i got the leather off paul R a few weeks ago he was kind enough to get me the switch pannel out of the hgt that the leather was out of.

so i now have the fog lamps and the switch pannel...

i tried to plug in the cable next to the passengerside fog light but for some reason it won't go in, even paul R had a look and he couldent get it to go in, is there something i am doing wrong ?

and am i being nieve in thinking all i need to do is plug in the passengerside one and then run a cable from 1 fog to the other to make them work ?

any help or advice would be much apriciated.

hi,

i have the same problem,
I have a JTD bravo
i have an abarth front bumper and i have some fog lights, i also have a HGT switch panel to which the JTD wiring does not fit due to the connector,
now i have found a yelow wire with a connector on the end of it near the N/S front wing, by the bumper, im not sure whether this will work with fogs but may need a connector, i also need a connector for the HGT wiring
can anyone explain a solution?

thank you

scott

there should be a cable either side, if it doesn't fit then its not the right cable.

the fog lights just have a metal prong on to connect wires, there is no connector socket, anyone else managed to install their own fogs?
