Technical Flushing Coolant system

I have the X250 and I need to flush the coolant system so can anybody tell me what hose I have to disconnect, there is a one just above the radiator bottom which seems to have quick fit connection but I do not want to remove it in case I cannot get it back on, this must a common thing but how do the garages do it all Ideas will be much appreciated Regards Borat

You shouldn't have any trouble getting that hose back on, if you do just use a pair of grips to compress the clip, and when its on just give it a tug to make sure its secure.
