My 1.2 only has 29k Miles and seems fine at that Rev Range.

No problems here!

Well, there are a few minor things, but nothing really engine-wise.

thanks guys, so i think my pipercross needs a good clean and iv have been using supermarket fuel lately which could also have something to do with the stuttering.

oh, and it hasnt always been like this, it used to be smooth....

flat spots

mines a 1.4 and this is the same in second gear nothin happens wen u floor it then all of a sudden it jerks and goes....i have a service every 6 months and my sparks and air filter r new a month ago....

A Mazda V6 or Honda VTi engine will cure all your problems.
