Have read through your guys replies and I have already replaced the battery and the dealership diagnosed it with a fault in the convergance nodule. Again, I dont want to pay £425.
Does anyone know where this "convergance nodule" is located in the car? Or where the blue and me is connected?
If you've confidence in the diagnosis, secondhand ones turn up on ebay from time to time. I'd check the part number is the same as the one on your car before ordering.
I've had a quick look at eLearn & it appears the Blue&Me convergence module is located behind the right hand trim panel in the rear of the car. Access is by removing the rear seat, lower door frame trim & centre pillar trim, & rear trim panel. I believe it's riveted in, so you'll need to drill out the rivets & replace with either new ones, or suitable nuts & bolts.
You'll also need to do a proxy alignment once it's been replaced, for which you'll either need a laptop, some cables, and a copy of multiECUscan, or it's a trip to the Fiat dealer.
