Technical Flashing mileage / blue and me stopped

Hello, my car recently has been to Fiat garage to have something reset after the timing belt had been replaced by a normal garage as engine light would flash every so often (phonic wheel reset I want to say?)

I had the advice to take it to a specialist from people on here so very grateful! A week after the mileage started flashing and blue and me stopped working. I have tried disconnecting the negative and reconnecting but no luck.

The two problems aren't linked I'm assuming? I am selling the car so it isn't currently being driven (hence having the timing belt issue fixed so I can sell her) and now this happens! Any advice appreciated please. Fiat charge £150 for an hour to try and fix problem but more if cannot be fixed within the hour. As I'm selling want to spend as little as poss !

When the blue and me unit goes south for the winter you get flashing mileage! three choices really !.
1) get blue and me repaired and proxy alignment procedure
2) disconnect blue and supply wiring! and live without a radio (adjust price accordingly if your selling)IE- minus £250-300 off your asking price!
3) remove the blue and me and fit a aftermarket head unit or leave it broken and adjust price as above
4) State problem in selling advertisment and drop price as stated!

Disconnect the Bluetooth module in the rear quarter panel have the car proxi aligned using a laptop, flashing stopped radio will work OK just no Bluetooth
