Tuning FK or Apex lowering springs?

Hi,
Can anyone give their recommendations on which is better suited to a Sei Sporting?
They're about the same price wise, so money doesn't matter.
The car already has Apex shocks and springs on the rear, but the fronts look like the standard items from 1998!
I picked up some FK sport shocks for the front for cheap, so I just need a set of springs now

How low do you plan to go?? If you're only lowering 30 or 40mm then I'd say the apex as the ride is smoother, if you're going 40mm+ I'd say go for the fk as they're pretty much the only company that go lower then 40mm without going down the coil over route

I'm only looking for a 40mm drop, so looks like the apex one's will be best.
I think they stock them at Eurocarparts too
