Technical Fixing poor window fitting

Does anyone know how I can take the door panel off to check for this broken part. My drivers side window has the same problem. the window isn't flush and the glass does move about if you wiggle it.

Also, if I wind the window down at speed then wind it back up the gap gets worse which seems to indicate the window is not running back up straight. The wind resistance ssems to push it out more so I'm thinking this plastic part of the door runner may be the problem. It would imagine the rubbers are also playing a part as well.

Apparently only from the dealers which are mega bucks for what they are.

There must be a simmilar seal that could be cut to size somewhere
