Im waiting for delivery of my new Fiesta (hopefully next week sometime) and really wanna add a sub in the boot.

It has the factory fitted Sony head unit, but does not have any pre-outs.

Ive heard it IS still possible to add a sub, by either taking a feed from the rear speakers, or using something called an RCA convertor.

Anyone done anything like this before?? Is it worth doing, or not even worth looking at?

plus what bout this sub?

I'm not too clued up about sound systems, but I would suggest using something like this: (Made in photoshop):

*Just use the speaker wires from what ever side you want the sound to be coming from*

yup can do just that and have it coming off the rear speakers although it wont be the best bass in the world as the rear outs are not designed for mono output but it will give bass and it will work fine pretty much
