Does anyone know if its possible to fit standard fogs from say a HLX to the standard SX without fogs? Someone said to me that if you take the bumper off it has the shape of the fogs on the back ready to cut out. Is this true and if so how hard would it be to fit them?

Yes if you take the bumper off there will be marks for where the lights fit. Use slaney knife or something similar.
However the only downside is that when you fit the foglight housing, it will stand proud by a few mm compared to cars factory fitted with them, but with a bit of trimming you should be able to get them flush! It's easy but time consuming!
