Once complete, I will be making a guide, but im so ****ing stuck.

Seriously hoping someone can shed some light on this.

1. Even with all the bolts on, everything lined up correctly (checked 500 times), the handle will not go flush. I can see why, and it's because of the rubber seal behind it, but that's how it was before. I took note when removing:

2. Bolt thatI removed now doesn't fit. The normal bolts will not fit onto the right door handle, it looks like the thread is too big for it, except it came off that thread. WTF! The bolt fits onto the left one fine.

3. What is this metal bar. This is how it came off, but appears to serve no purpose and is a bitch to get back on:

4. On top of that, one chipped. Not too happy.

so back to tape, hence why I need to get these handles on!!

ANY help is appreciated.
