hi, dave Mc t. still no drl control box from wish.com ( 2 weeks now) you are correct, re- the drl switching off or dimming when headlights go on. i will just connect the yellow wire from the control box to the dipped headlight circuit. m.o.t guy said " no problem" :yum: thank you for the reply. cheers m8. steve

A cheap relay will have "normally" on and "normally off" contacts. If you use a dipped beam headlight supply to switch the relay, you can connect the DRLs to go off when the headlight is on (relay breaks the DRL circuit). The other stuff (flashing with indicators, dimming, going off when turning, etc) are nice to have but not really needed.
