Fitting a speakers and a CD player in a 1993 fiat panda

Firstly sorry if this is all wrong but in New to this lol.
I have a lovely panda (Jeffrey) but he has never had speakers or a CD player I'm wondering if anyone can help me with finding the right speakers and best headunit for one I love my panda but need some music when I'm driving around now
