First Boot Build

Ok so i got my first ever boot build almost finished today (just needs sanding and carpeting) and tbh i am chuffed to bits with it dnno wat you guys think take a peek and see for yourself and feedback is welcomed

looks good dude how much did it cost you to carpet yours roughly cos they look about the same size Like the gamecube btw i have one myself

how are your kenwood subs ive just wired mine up for the first time today and it sounds "new" if ya know wat i mean as if it needs breakin in a bit, do they sounds better after a while?

I brought my carpet from a shop called discount autoparts which unlike their name dont sell discount autoparts if you know what I mean ? So what Im saying is that I payed more than I reckon I should have done, although it is proper accustic carpet. I think the roll was 2m long, I payed 25 quid for it and had exactly enough. I used a pva type glue to stick the carpet down and staple gunned the carpet to the inside of the box, I folled the carpet over the edges rather like a parcel instead of cutting it flush.

Im unsure how mine sounds yet as I have the nightmare of wiring it up left to do, this takes me ages because I love neat wires. From what I have heard they do sound better once they been run in abit, generally I think its best to avoid full throttle on the volume side for a while.

nice might be a few weeks before the carpet goes on then im gettin alloys this weekend so ill be skint, the wiring aint to bad for them it took me all of about an hr to wire the entire lot
