been down that road myself. Porters manuals did do one but it now discontinued.

There is a fiat uno die sel Porters manual on ebay at the mo but it doesn't do the fiorino only the uno diesel.

Every now and than, on Ebay you can find original Fiat workshop manuals, I bought mine in the German language, as it is no problem to me to read it.
