General Fiorino solid bulkhead removal advise

Hi all,

First post on here as sold the punto van for a new Fiorino yesterday.

Has anyone any tips for removing a solid bulhead?
It looks to be in two parts (top and bottom) various nuts and bolts and maybe some rivets to drill out?

Any advise much appreciated
