i probably didnt post which one - coz i told that many people, yeah the opal one is further away, but it is a better job, the hours are set - not shifts like O2, and the company offers me more - it seemed likethe right choice - time will tell i suppose

hi guys

nearly at the end of my first week

i have enjoyed my first week, i only officially got a desk today, the girl i was replacing didnt actually leave until yesterday - so i had no desk so had to do work using other peoples PCs

i ahve been learning how to use DISE, CPS and alco gathering which means you have to call BT find out SDI 's how many channels the line has, the range if there are any DDI's etc - its still all very new to me but the people there are nice, i have my own email and direct line to my desk now
