Possibly yes but they look like they know what they are selling so im sure that will be able to answer any questions you have before you order. I dont know a lot about FG but if i remember rightly there are different types and such like and can be a bit of a mine field.
I think i will look into doing some door builds or kick plates and maybe some speaker pods on the boot lid to house some mental tweets that i have seen but only after doing the deadening, batteries, alternator ect LOL

Yeah there are lots of different types of resin, it depends alot on what your doing or what you are aiming for :)

A basic box like im gonna do is quite simple, but if you want to build moulds for making more boxes to a design or if you want a perfect finish then there are other types to use.

What im hoping for is that i will get quite good at it and then maybe start making and selling custom boxes :)

Surely making custom boxes requires having the car in question for long periods of time.
Normally FG installs are just coverings over MDF boxes as i said earlier FG is not very acoustic and not ideal for sub boxes.
Somebody correct me if im wrong but if it were me i would be making the bottom and top out of MDF and then routing grooves into thinner MDF so it will flex into the round shape of the wheel bay for the basic structure and the using FG to strengthen, fill gaps and bond the whole thing together.

Well possibly, but i will be using MDF to build the top of the box. Im sure someone on here will know what the best thing to do is, i havent bought any materials yet and won be building it for some time to come

When I did a FG wheel well build for my Seicento I got all my stuff from here:

TBH I didnt think the release wax made much difference to removing the mould from the chassis.

As for it being cold, just put more hardner in

It still needs to be thick to stop it flexing, so aim for at least 10mm. you can get a fleece type product to add between layers of CSM to thicken it up quicker.
