Fiat don't, but they can be found on ebay from occasion.
Fiat wont make one like ^^ said, but you could get one from a different fiat maybe? I'm using one from a punto 75 on my 1.2 grande, could do the same for your car

Depends whose Punto ones!
Our comrades at supersprint do them. John Ashley may do them. If you can find a P75 one, it'll fit with a little shortening. I think folk have got Polo ones to fit, but I'm unsure of what it involves.
On anything but an SPI sporting, you'll need something to replace the evil manicat to give you some hope of passing the MOT and avoiding VOSA impounds.
