As we all know £8.99 a month is a total rip off so we all get it when its on offer (I hope).
The issue is it keeps renewing at full price for me. Is this a common problem?
This time I turned off autorenew and took a screenshot, surprise surprise it had renewed and the auto renew was back on!l and they have renewed this month!
This isnt the only problem, in December I took it out for 54p yet they charged me £8.99 and I had to argue to prove I took it out in the 54p time window.
Worsening all I get for my £8.99 is the basic lock and unlock the car, precondition the climate and flash the lights!
So are other having problems with fiat scamming them out of £8.99?
