Technical FIAT Uno Way 2015: Mute mic when handsfree

I´m new in this forum and new with FIAT car´s... and new with car´s in general. So.. I´m happy I found you guys. I hope I´m posting this in the right subforum.

A month ago I bought a Fiat Uno Way 2015 (fiat.com.mx/minisitios/uno-2015/modelos/way/ficha-tecnica.asp) in México. The car was made in Brazil. For now everything is worked as expected but I´m having a problem when making (or receiving) phone calls handsfree: the other person can´t hear me, like if the car mic were mute.

I don´t know if my radio equipment has Blue&Me but this is how it looks like this:

So, when I receive a phone call my iPhone 6 changes the audio to Bluetooth and I can see the name of the person calling in the radio screen and hear his voice perfectly.

The radio manual says the following to "disconnect the microphone during a phone-call": Press the MUTE key to disconnect the microphone without losing the phone-call. Press it again to connect the microphone again.

So, during a phone-call, if I press that key I can see a sign on the screen saying MUTE and If i press it again the sign disappears but the other person still can´t hear me.

Other thing the manual says is to press the MUTE key longer than two seconds to go on Privacy Mode and that works fine. I can take the phone-call in my cell and the press it again to go no public mode but the car mic does not register my voice.

The funny thing is that just one time I could make a phone call and the other person could hear me. It was the first time but then this happens.

I hope you guys can help me with this.

I'm not familiar with YOUR UNO- put am Guessing it's based on the Punto range..?
1.4 litre 8 Valve engine,

Thank you for your reply.

I´ve been looking in the Blue&Me forum and this user seems to have the same problem I have (fiatforum.com/blue-me/425845-system-cant-hear-me.html) but got no answers.

The thing is I don´t know if I have Blue&Me in my car. I can´t see any icon or logo that indicate this. I do have one USB port and one Aux input in front of the gear stick.

Also... do you have any idea where the car mic could be located?

Aah... so many questions
