hi there i have small.or big problem i do not know so strange. let me begin,,i have fiat uno fire 1996 carburetor,, pretty old<<when i first idle it for while and then switch it of it does not want to start again ,,but if leave it for like 2 hour its starts,,otherwise when i drive it its fine as long as dont switch it of,,,im not shore what could be ,,,the carburetor is serviced got new distributor cap and new fuel pump and engine is overall serviced,,,,please give some advice thanks,,

Are you sure it´s a carburettor and not a Single Point Injection? 1996 a Polish UNO ?
The relays of the petrolsteam reinjection system can jam and overheat.
That draws a lot of electricity and causes the engine control unit to malfunction.
Unplug the relays and see if the fault is gone.
