I'm having a problem with my clutch. It started engaging lower and lower, until it wouldn't release anymore. I can get the car into gear if the engine is off, but the moment the engine is on and I push the clutch all the way in, no luck.

I have replaced the clutch plate, pressure plate and release bearing, but it is still doing the same thing.
I looked at the master and slave cylinder, but they are not leaking and the slave cylinder is pushing out all the way and pushing the clutch fork all the way.
I looked at the clutch fork and it has not jumped a tooth or anything, but it is rubbing against the gearbox frame about 1cm into it. By this I mean there is an outline of the fork arm that has worn into the frame over time.

I'm not sure what to look at any more. I have taken the gearbox out twice now in case things were not lined up, but they are.
I'm not sure if i put the clutch plate in backwards or something stupid.

Any help would really be appreciated.

If the hose is jammed, why does the slave cylinder push the clutch fork as far as it can go? Could the fork be warn or bent?

Main-cylinder may be worn.
If you push the clutch , check if the slave cylinder keeps position over a longer period.
Is the connection between the lever and the clutch-fork ok ? Maybe it´s lose and slips.
That would be the explanation for a fading function.

this does not sound normal,

A torn clutch fork is also possible .
This issue cost me a brand new release bearing .
Due to single sided pressure.
Left steered UNOs don´t have clutch but cable hydraulics
So a picture would be helpful.

It was caused by a faulty clutch plate. The splines were too small, so they wouldn't slide all the way down the gearbox shaft.(y)
