Technical Fiat Tempra 1.9 TDS Switch MPH to KM

Hi, I have a Fiat Tempra 1.9 TDs which it was disconnected from for a few years. The problem is that it lost the battery and switched from KM to MPH. Any way to switch back? It's been to an auto repair shop and no one has been able to replace it.
It's all digital inside.

That was asked recently for the tipo. The uk version of digital dash has a button on the side as part of the trip counter buttons that changed it. The non uk cars don’t have that button.

If there’s no access to that button wire anywhere then it’ll need software to change it at a guess, there was no answer on the last topic asked.

I have these buttons. Which key would speak?
I don't think it's any of them...

Different arrangement in the UK, I think the bottom button was mph/kph change
