hi i have a fiat stilo jtd.im getting a yellow triangle on my dashboard saying rear brake lamp failure.ive tryed changing the bulbs and cleaning all the connectors but it just wont go away.anybody got any ideas ware to start looking next.

Sorry I can't really offer any help on this one but out of interest is the triangle solidly lit? I have the same yellow triange but mine flickers and dimms but with no error message.

hi an update i think ive sorted my problem i had.i had a yellow triangle on my dashboard saying rear brake lamp failure. what i done is i braught a piece of wire about 12inches long with croccodile clips either end.the what i done is inside the boot you have two compartments witch leads to the rear lights.if you open that up then look down near the bottom of the wheel arch you will see a inline relay black box bolted to the wheel arch.i put a crocodile clip on the metal peice then the other end off the crocodile clip onto the big washer ontop of the back suspension ware its bolted down and touch wood so far no light comes up on my dashboard for over a week now. hope this helps some people out.
