fiat stilo 2.4 abarth. steering wheel paddles not working

hi. I have just pot a second hand steering wheel on the car with paddles and now it wont change gear on the steering wheel. do I need to reprogram it ? . can you help thanks . p.s I don't no but the horn is not working. iv check the horn on a battery and it works fine. :shout:

Check the wiring on the new wheel with a multimeter set on the continuity function. I suspect a broken wire, switch or mulitplug somewhere.

Possibly an earth or positive which would affect the whole wheel??? Im just guessing really as I know nothing about them but thats where I would start.
