Hi i have this car for 8 months now and for the past 3 months my rear passenger doors will not unlock from keyfob or inside, my drivers passenger window will not unlock , only the driver side side mirror will work, and only the drivers door unlocks via the keyfob the front passenger door needs to be unlocked/locked from the inside. Does anyone have any ideas of what i can do?

Have you checked the rear child protection locks aren't active?
Have you checked out all the 'My Car' Menu options?

I cant actually open the rear doors to check the child locks as the doors will not open at all. I have checked a few posts on here but none of them seem to match the problems i have with mine. i do fear it is something i will have to take the car to a dealer about but seeing as i was only given a six month warranty in buying the car and currently unemployed i cannot afford to do so. but thanks for the reply much apprieciated 
Check the big round multi plug conecter which is situated on the door frame ..this connects the various nodes within the door and could well be your problem..it was mine when this happened to me after a trip to the body shop with my car..they had unplugged it and hadnt pushed it back together correctly..
Ok just managed to get the back doors open after disconnecting the battery and removing the child lock. still left with the remote central locking not working on 3 doors (front and back passengers), and also the electric window on the front passenger (dont have electric in the back). This all happened after a shunt from behind (of which the insurance company refused to put right stating a shunt would not cause this), Any more help would be much appreciated as i really dont want to have to spend money that i really dont have. thanks once again
Ok scratch that the back doors have locked again major frustration
Scratch that again...i opened the front passenger door and heard a click from the back doors and they open. still no power to passenger electric window or central locking for any other door than drivers door.

There are many sensors on a Stilo and some of them (at the rear) have been proven to have caused even stranger symptoms than you have.
Can you not get legal advice on this?
im no longer with the insurance company in question as i left them very shortly after this matter.

It doesnt matter if you are not with them still. It is part of a claim that you have already made, say that a shunt can cause the problem and kick up a fuss until they agree to do it.
oh beleive me at the time i did kick up a fuss, then they gave me the "prove the shunt caused this and we will fix it" and well considering the shunt i received was as little as a 5mph shunt from the rear no one would beable to prove i was even hit nevermind actually proving electrical problems. Oh and the rear doors have once again locked themselfs. Must be a short somewhere but being completely ungifted in mechanics i shall have to keep the problems until i can raise cash to fix it.
Oh before i forget another problem has arisen too....The clutch pedal has decided it doesnt like being free and easy to push down ... now i have to use every muscle in my leg just to change gears.

Could be as simple as lubrication required to clutch pivot.
I'd get this looked as otherwise could be very expensive when something breaks
Might be seizure of the slave cylinder ..its not to common but does happen..
With regards to the clutch, This problem only occured straight after disconnecting the battery a few times to try and get the rear doors to unlock. I have lost a spanner in the process just hope its not lost in the enguine that would be my luck at the mo.

Could there be some sort of short in the front passenger door causing the electric problems, Ie : electric window not working and central locking only working in drivers door via fob and key?

Clutch is a mechanical/hydraulic issue and not electrical ..and spell check is also handy to have..
If the passenger front window is defective then I'd say that's a good problem to sort first - and may just be connected with rear door issue.
Have you checked 'My Car' menu - as you've not mentioned it.
If you've lost tools then best get that undertray off and look for them

When you say the 'my car menu' what do you mean? as when i bought the car i was not given a manual on the car and the only menus i have are a 'trip' menu and a menu that allows me to speed lock? drivers lock? date time and boot something?

You should find an option for "Driver Lock Only" (or something like that)
Have a play with it - you never know
