Fiat seicento

Hi all I am new to having a fiat seicento I am just wondering if my seicento sporting should have power steering. The car is an S reg got electric windows and everything but seems to have no power steering should.it be like this

It "should" although i believe a few early sportings may have came without. (And S reg is pretty much the earliest sei bar a couple of 899's on R's that just slipped into the UK at the end of the R plate era).

Best to look at the column for the motor on it, even if it had pas, there's a chance somebody has removed it (either via the motor packing up or feeling it was too light) and replaced with a cinq sporting column.

as far as i know, in the uk all but the very earliest came with it. S would be in that catergory. Have seen a few t plates "without" and some on a t with, afaik all v plates onwards had them.

Look at the column and at the instrument binnacle. If bona fide, will have no motor on the column, no warning light in the binacle and, most likely, but difficult to check, a steering column with the Cinq ratio and Cinq top mounts.

80% of people would see no p/s as a good thing!

Thank guy I will have a look at the colum and see what I can fine
