That imo opinion is the ugliest saab they ever made and im a big fan of saabs, i prefer the even older 900 to that one. As for the new ones id have one any day the new saab 93 especially :eek: better than a volvo as well! But i definatly know i wouldnt race one just yet especially not one with an aero badge on it :rolleyes:

i cant belive noone like the 900/9-3!!!! :eek:

i dont think they look "ugly" but quirky (y) and im a fan of the wrap round rear light :p

what about the old 900, i love them :D

and that gearlever/key thing is a good idea for both safety (stops the bloody thing rolling down a hill, and it can prevent someone from taking your keys oppertunatly (y)

You're very nearly rite on that, there's an article in this months Retro Cras mag about the engine, it was developed by Raynard and both Triumph and SAAB used it but SAAB used better quality parts/castings and so there engine was stronger but then the Dolomite Sprint had a 2L 16V engine with some 127bhp over 30years ago, of course SAAB continued to improve on this engine and still used right to the end with 200+bhp turbo's, before GM took over.

I actually like old SAAB 900 Turbo's especially the last 16V models which can easily see 250,000 miles on the original turbo, quirky, fast, well built and without the attitude of a BMW 3 series to hinder it :eek:

As for the new ones, well its just a Wreck-tra under the SAAB clothes & Volvo well they're owned by Ford so really its just a Mundane-oo with some IKEA added to it (y)
