Technical Fiat Punto mk2 interior light

Hello everyone. I have a Punto mk2, I wanted to replace the ceiling light in the cabin, to put an LED bulb. I bought a C5W LED bulb and inserted it, but it doesn't work. I checked the F39 fuse and it is not damaged.

If the car has a canbus system quite often standard leds will not work. The car will not recognise them.They will illuminate the dashboard with errors or just not work!

Try buying Canbus Ready Leds.
Most eBay etc stores will say they are canbus ready Buy them from a reputable high street supplier

Why do I have the feeling that only difference is that these LEDs have 120 ohm resistors built in series ?
