Fiat Punto 2001 1.9 JTD, rear window question

Hello guys I have this marvelous city car, however this morning I found out someone broke my real window.

I am looking for a new one however I cannot find out if the rear window only is the same as in the 3 door model, mine is (5).

Could someone tell me if the 3 door and 5 door models rear windows are the same or not.

It says P3 and P5.. so maybe they ARE different

Google those part numbers
