General fiat marea door trims

My Drivers door trim has been damaged when i was reversing not my fault caused by steel gates blown open.

is it a new door job or can the trims be replaced

The trims can be replaced theres a press in plastic thingy at either end and double sided sticky down the both sides of the length.
