Fiat HGT - Help

Hi fellow Fiat owners

I'm a brother in need of help...
My poor Fiat HGT does not feel well, and i have no idea what it could be, and now i turn to you for advice.

Several problems, ill list them in order of priority.
1) When i brake, it feels like the car lose its balance, and start to "shake".
2) When i speed really fast 140< the car starts to shake aswell.
(Notice i have just changed to "summer" tire)
3) When braking, the brakes get really hot, and start to smell burned.
4) When the car is wet, there is a very irretating sound, like a belt that spins, and it sounds higher when i accelerate.
5) When driving, i sometimes get the warning lamp for "Fuel Injection", i don´t feel any loss of power when its lit, but its very irretating.
6) One thing that might be connected to #1&2, when i acc really fast the car does not go straight, it start to drag from left to right and i have to keep both my hands on the stearing wheel
7) My back hmm window cleaner is not working, not the fluid either. Its working on the front, but only with highest speed.

1. Warped Brake Discs? (Probably related to 3.)
2. Wheel Balancing? Tyre Pressures? Are you tyres rated to do 140?
3. Your braking to hard?
4. Fan Belt?
5. Take it to Fiat for a diagnostic check, the injection light means you have a problem...catch it before gets costly
6. Are your tyres properly inflated? Wheel Balancing? Torque steer?
7. Front could be a relay or your stalks....Rear is most likely as the front but could also be the Rear wiper motor, fairly common fault (if it is the motor take it of and clean it or get one from a scrappy)

Tracking and wheel balancing out, brake pads no longer in a useful state, alternator belt loose not sure about the light, fiat dealer/specialist required for that I suspect. anything I missed?
