General Fiat Grande Punto 2007

Hi guys, before couple of days i bought fiat punto 2007 and find that the car have usb port in glovebox and try listen music from usb, but after try SRC button on media player show me no source ..... however on middle dashboard show me the title of song after try media player>play anything and nothing happend... what is the problem
i cant find more info for that how fix or restart this blue&me
help pls

Hi, had same problem with my Abarth Grande Punto. I think because it is a fairly old system the music files have to be of a certain type. WAV? I did find that in the handbook if you have yours. I can check mine if you haven’t. I converted my Apple Music and then it played.
