this date an place looking good for most then, iirc some who work in retail havent been able to come in december because it busy at work, so they happy with this date?

I'm up for Leicster, not much more than my soon to be daily trip anyway and it's probably time I turned up for something

Will have to confirm when I get both my timetables (2 weeks) but till then; I'm provisionally in (time to email my friends in Leicster and see about crashing at theres)

Right, i've contacted them and 15th November would be ok with no deposit required (could be once fully booked with numbers of guests)

they have two sittings on a Saturday one at 6.00 to 8.30/9.00 then one 8.30/9.00 to 10.30. So what time would be best of those two?

If this is what people would like for the xmas do then let me know and i'll set up a 'proper' thread and confirm the provisional booking with them.
