Are we in the festive mood yet???

Christmas is fast approaching so its only right that we celebrate it by meeting up with our members, have a few mince pies and one or two sherrys.

What time
We are looking to eat around 8pm but will be in the bar from 7pm for some drinks.


Prices

Please PM Dave for paying the deposit. He will book for us on Friday 6th October so if you havent paid him the deposit before then, he wont be able to book you in. If you pay him via paypal then please add the paypal charges (3.4% + £0.20 GBP) to the payment.

If you wish to come to the event and its already been booked then you should be allowed to contact havester yourself and book yourself with us, but cant guarentee there will be space.

Some of us are staying over and the Hotel is handily next door to harvester.

i posted that you can add to the booking yourself but we cant guarentee a space. Or you could just risk a fiver!
