I am after some help with sourcing a recovery disc for the subject matter. I have been using the machine for a couple of years now, but by mistake, I connected the power supply incorrectly and fried the CPU and damaged the hard drive. I have subsequently replaced these two items, loaded Dos 7.1 and Windows 3.1 back-on and reloaded the release 5.1 CD and floppy disc, but am getting error message with regards to the software. This is why I am after a recovery disc 3.4, and if possible, the original release software 4.20 (CD & floppy)

the disc you require is not availbe from fiat but from a third party and as these were only supplied with the machine itself it will be difficult to track one down unless its a pirate or stolen copy.
 
Dax have you still got the hard drive? You may be able to replace the circuit board on the hard drive to make it work again. All you need to do is find a second hand hard drive of the same model. I used to do this all the time at work. If you do get the hard drive going you could try and copy it for a backup.
