General Fiat Evo 1.4 Dash Clips

Hi I have bought a new dash because my lcd screen isn't working I have managed to get old dash out I plugged in the new one to test the screen but I cannot get the old dash open to add the new screen does anyone have any ideas? The clips go all the way around its impossible to open then all at the same time is there something I am missing or some kind of order I have watched loads youtube videos not one shows how to get it off

Those work like a charm in general: wedges for ceramic tiles Cost almost nothing for a packet of 50 or 100 pcs.

You can also heat the clips with a hairdryer to minimize possible damage.
