I constantly get the message:
"Too many concurrent connections.
Please try again later ... "
I realise that this is supposed to mean that there are currently too many people using it but I have had this message nearly every time I try to use it within the last year and a half. I have even tried using it at various times throughout the early morning i.e. 1am, 4am 6am etc with the same message comming up.
Am I just really bad at timing or is there some setting I don't have set up correctly to allow me proper access?

You might try googling for ePer -- there are others out there, or a search here might turn one up. Some copies for download on the Peer2Peer networks, too.
