Technical Fiat Ducato 2021 Particulate matter sensor P24 AE fault - a couple of questions

Which post and photograph or specific info eg part number ,so i can identify the problem
Ok I see .

Post number 7 , sorry for confusion I tried to quote the post but looks like I didn't do it correctly

The photo is of a Nox sensor- which the fault code appears to apply too so correct photo.

The screen shot shows part number and price for a temp sensor- which I don't believe is causing the fault code op has- so details on screen shot incorrect.

Best wishes

The screenshot was the nearest thing to a GA (general assembly) i could find. Any detail drawing post 2016 is difficult to be sure of. Date wise we have a problem with different update times around the world (even difference between France and UK). Lies damned lies and the internet. (corruption of old phrase regarding statistics)

It's been a while since i started this thread but i have only just started to deal with it due to having an accident (me not the motorhome) which meant i haven't really been anywhere in the motorhome since then. I had a service and MOT but my local garage couldn't source the part (or couldn't be bothered is more likely) My multiscan software only says P24 AE so how can I tell which part i need. Costal motorhomes say it is the upstream one that seems to sell more and it's £450 ish. The other is only £47. Fiat professional quoted me £200 but I'm not sure which one it is and they sis say they'd need to scan it to find out - do they use different software?

I'd like to get the part and fix it myself or get my garage to but I really need to know which part it is I need to replace.

wHAT IS THE FULL error code. here are 3 possibles and diagnosis

That is a very interesting and useful site! Still not sure where the sensor that has the problem is though!

It is P24AE-13 particulate matter sensor -circuit open
So check the connector then continuity to ECU pins as suggested

Thought id posted this earlier
Where is the sensor I dont know but just searched for ducato particulate sensor location and got a video that said they are basically upstream ie after the DPF and around or after adblu injection. The whole point of the sensor is to see if the dpf has failed.

The only sensor I can see on my vehicle is one that looks like number 40 on the diagram below. However, nothing on this diagram is labelled PM sensor.
