Hi can everyone help, my headlights won't switch off after parking.

It a 2015 plate
My ex Royal Mail van was the same. For some reason (I think there's an EU law) they leave them on and call them daytime running lights.
There's a setting in MES you can switch them off. Think it's in the BCM though might be wrong. I did mine, it's a 2014.
