Fiat doblo radio code error

Hi all
Please can someone help me I have purchased a dot doblo radio from eBay and it’s saying error code and for the life of me I cannot fix it
I’ve no idea what the code is or how to find it and I can’t find the serial number on the unit

Please can someone help me and talk me through it step by step
The unit has been fitted and it works fine just this code

I have having the same issue. Since purchasing a new radio it keeps saying code error. I have the code but as it keep saying code error i can’t attempt to enter it. Anyone any advice? Thanks
