Me and my partner bought a fiat of them

Jordan's in Hull. Rubbish. Disinterested staff in service department. Failed to spot a perished breather on my 500, fobbed me off saying it just needed putting back on. Crap. Also cracked the windscreen on a Mito of someone I know, then denied it! I'd sooner drive an hits distance than use them.
Also merx worx in Hull. He broke the bonnet stay on my A-Class and denied it. Great! So yeah avoid.

as an example- if you service 500 Fiat's a week, and 2% complain ,
then it sounds like big news,
where as with Hartwell group , their 30 year poor reputation still holds true
know somebody who drove 3 miles in a brand new car, heard a funny noise, headed back..didn't make it,
no oil in engine:bang:
find a local garage you like, and stick with them,
a good relationship built will do wonders if you have issues at some point,
