Has anyone else on here had issues with Fiat Customer Services?!?
I have been given he run around for over a month!!Had to make the phone calls and they only have ever rung me twice!!
Said they would do something and failed to deliver!! Or are they just Crap?!?
Guess he don’t care & just a number!!
 
I have had both ends of the Spectrum from Fiat Customer Services. When the dealer was having immense trouble identifying an engine fault they phoned me almost every day for about 3 months. On the uConnect issues they simply lied to me and told me that it was not possible to activate uConnect Live services as my unit was missing a piece of hardware and could not be retro fitted. A few months later a software update and a phone call magically activated uConnect Live, no additional hardware involved at all.

Their main redeeming feature is that they have been willing to throw immense amounts of money at the 500X range to sort warranty problems. The dealer has indicated that my warranty claims have probably cost Fiat in excess of £10k.

The car is fixed, all has been sorted and I love it, but it was not always so.
 
So far I've dealt only with online chat support. Not exactly the best experience. Misdirection, confusion, you name it. One time they gave me two phone numbers to call: one of them was on auto-answer and they never called me back, and on the other number they asked for my dealer ID, because it turned out to be a dealership-only line. I just gave up.
 
To be fair I've only contacted them once through the Ciao Fiat to get my Live Services enabled and it was all sorted without issue.
