Technical Fiat Croma 2005, 2.2 automatic

Hello,
I've come across a slight annoyance with my beloved croma during this winter. For last two months it has been blowing only cold air. Not sure if these finnish -30 celsius weathers are the reason. Both hoses leading to heater radiator are hot to touch, coolant temperature is fine and amount of coolant is bit above the cold line. I've replaced the blower last summer and changed coolant last september. I've kept the car in heated garage to see if it would make a difference, but once it goes out it's only blowing cold air. My croma has automatic clima control system, could this be the reason ? During -10 to -20 celsius it blows very very mild warmish air, but still cold.
Has anyone come across the same issue ?

Hi

Many FIAT climate systems have failures of the flap control mechanism..

On thing you can try:

Call for Max Heat.. then turn the cabin fan to MAX..

THIS COULD drag the heat door open..
