ive just replaced an engine in my bravo it starts but is hunting i took it out for aspin and the exhaust was red hot and glowing affter 10 mins and is running sluggih any one help me

Sounds like timing is too retarded. Has the belt been recently changed by previous owner or you? If so, sounds like a tooth or two out (if possible without valve contact).
