Technical Fiat Bravo 1.4tjet Sport Turbo Not boosting

My cambelt lost some teeth, and car hit valves. Fixed the card and running again, BUT now the car only seems to boost 1/5th of the way. and it pulls very well up until then. Then just feels like a normal 1.4 when it hits the 1/5th boost. it is very stable, drivable and not erratic as some of the other problems I have read of.

Any ideas?

First check intake and wastegate actuator pipe

So it was vacuum pipes fitted incorrectly on the turbo indeed
